DIPS is a Punk Rock band from Jakarta, formed on one of the campuses in Central Jakarta in mid-2017 which carries the genre or genre of Punk Rock music. We took the name DIPS itself from the name of our campus street which was known as Jl.Diponegoro and we tried to shorten it into a word that we thought had many meanings in it, we chose one name which in our opinion contained a lot of that name and that name was DIPS . Inspired by American punk rock / skate punk / hardcore music, we strive to make punk music in Indonesia acceptable to everyone who hears it.
