RANGE OF MUTILATED

RANGE OF MUTILATED (ROM) are a Brutal Death Metal band from the east end of the city of Mojokerto. We were formed in 2003, at first we play hardcore music and carrying the name "ABSTAIN". And at that time, we often play songs from some great hardcore bands like PUPPEN, AGNOSTIC FRONT, BBIOHAZZARD, GORILLA BISCUITS and more, but that does not necessarily make us just like one type of music, we love all musical genres, especially music that has a fast tempo and heavy guitar distortion sound. Over time, we were getting infatuated and obsessed with the music tempo faster and brutal. Well, we decided to switch streams into Brutal Death Metal band and yes, we agreed to change our band name into "RANGE OF MUTILATED". We play music Brutal Death Metal, combining the oldschool style like SUFFOCATION, PYAEMIA, DISAVOWED, GORGASM with a bandage modern sound like MESHUGGAH in the present era. We already have two full-length album released by two indie label in Indonesia and one compilation album. Our first album titled BEHEADED OR MELTED (2012) and most recently, entitled POST TRAUMATIC PERISH (2016).

RANGE OF MUTILATED (ROM) adalah band brutal death metal dari penghujung timur kota Mojokerto. Kami terbentuk pada tahun 2003, pada awalnya kami memainkan musik hardcore dan mengusung nama "ABSTAIN", dan pada waktu itu, kami sering memainkan lagu dari beberapa band hardcore besar seperti PUPPEN, AGNOSTIC FRONT, BIOHAZARD, GORILLA BISCUITS. Tapi itu semua tidak lantas membuat kami hanya menyukai satu jenis musik saja, kami menyukai semua aliran musik terutama musik yang mempunyai tempo cepat dan suara distorsi gitar yang berat. Seiring berjalannya waktu, kami semakin tergila-gila dan terobsesi dengan tempo musik yang semakin cepat dan brutal. Dan yah... kami memutuskan untuk berganti aliran menjadi Band Brutal Death Metal dan kami sepakat untuk mengganti nama band kami menjadi "RANGE OF MUTILATED". Kami memainkan musik Brutal Death Metal, menggabungkan antara gaya lama seperti Suffocation, Pyaemia, Disavowed, Gorgasm dengan balutan sound yang modern seperti Meshuggah di era sekarang. Kami sudah mempunyai dua buah album full yang dirilis oleh dua label indie di Indonesia dan satu album kompilasi. Album pertama kami berjudul BEHEADED OR MELTED (2012) dan yang terbaru berjudul POST TRAUMATIC PERISH (2016).
